As a certified life coach and a background as a physician focused on psychosocial care, I combine science-backed strategies with compassionate, real-life understanding.
I incorporate a variety of tools including, but not limited to, mindset work, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, somatics, along with a host practical systems and strategies because I believe you need to both mind-body techniques as well as efficient day-to-day tools you can start incorporating today if you want to see real change.
